returns policy

if you experience any problems with recent or previous orders, please get in touch either via email or instagram DM

returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged by yourself. if there is any fault with your purchase please get in touch as soon as possible so the issue can be rectified

if you’re unhappy with your item upon receiving it, or simply change your mind, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it – but the cost of postage has to be covered by yourself and proof of postage needs to be provided before any refund can be issued
